The research center houses Biogeo, a museum space dedicated to the early history of geology (from the Precambrian era to the Jurassic period). Founded in collaboration with the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology, the museum illustrates the origin and development of life on Earth, with particular attention to the relationship between the genome, the environment and evolution. Since 2012, Biogeo has been equipped with a quadrisphere designed by the Italian physicist Paco Lanciano. The library of the Biogem foundation, covering 126 m² and freely accessible, includes approximately 9,000 volumes and includes all Treccani publications (including the Encyclopedia).
