Originally a small chapel, whose existence has been known since before 1511, the current structure has three naves, a central one and two lateral ones. The definitive consecration to the Madonna del Carmelo dates back to 14 December 1976, which is remembered by the twelve crosses that symbolize the twelve Apostles. Inside, the Triumph of Mary between the Angels and the Patron Saints of Montoro and an oil painting measuring 7 x 3.5 meters by Giovan Battista De Mari in 1771 are noteworthy.
