The facade of the church, facing north towards the road, is characterized by a stone portal surmounting a small recess in which there is a half-faded fresco, depicting a "Madonna with Child" of uncertain dating. Next to the church, the square bell tower divided into four levels was rebuilt for the first time in 1715 and subsequently after the American bombings of 1943. On the third level, there is a clock that was repaired or installed in 1873 as attested by various documents relating to the restoration works of the entire building. The interior has a single nave of small dimensions.
