In the church there were two crypts: one at the entrance for the burial of priests and Canons; the other in the presbytery for the burial of the Abbots. The bell tower is 20 meters high with 5 bells, located on the left of the church. We know that before the year 1739, it was about 36 meters high and that its height was brought to the current 20 meters in the reconstruction that took place in 1826 because it was seriously damaged by the earthquake of 1815. With the earthquake of November 23, 1980, the Church became unusable and the community moved to the Sanctuary - Basilica Santa Maria consolatrice del Capinello.
