Moving on to the other thesis, also taken from the most realistic and well-founded rose, the curse inherent in the "passà p '' in Pratala" would derive from the beginning of a climb, coinciding with the end of the Prato course: in climbing along the steep stretch, in fact, the caravans going to Puglia, with their rich and heavy load of goods, often ended up becoming easy prey for bandits.
