Caciocavallo Silano DOP

Semi-hard, stretched curd cheese, produced with milk from various cows, including the Podolica. In Campania, Caciocavallo Silano is skilfully produced in the provinces of Avellino, Benevento and Salerno using exclusively whole cow's milk in two daily milkings.
