Fiano (DOCG 2003) is grown in very varied soils from higher areas to fertile valleys, in general in cool and humid areas capable of giving wines with good acidity, intensity and balance characterized by a pleasant aromatic load that recalls dried fruit: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachio.
